We offer the child an alternative approach to harnessing the abundant energy and exerting themselves in a positive constructive way.

Through Yogic breath work, energy balancing and releasing the child is better equipped to deal with pent up emotions, feelings, thoughts or beliefs that they may be uncomfortable sharing with their parent.

In a safe, secure environment and setting, the child is free to express him/herself through playful experience with other children. This approach assists the child in recognizing that they are not different, they are the same as others and they need not feel uncomfortable in sharing who they truly are.
